Ms. Xen had endured many hardships after two failed porcelain crown treatments: they affected her health and aesthetics, and also left her with fear and hesitation about undergoing dental treatment again. In 2016, Ms. Hoàng Thị Xen decided to get porcelain crowns in the United States to improve her tetracycline-stained teeth. However, the results did not meet her expectations. Due to improper technique by the dentist, her entire set of crowns became difficult to clean, leading to plaque accumulation, inflammation, and persistent pain.

It was not until a close friend returned to Vietnam and successfully completed dental treatment at I-DENT that she was introduced to the clinic.

At first, Ms. Xen only planned to return to Vietnam for two Implant placements and did not intend to redo her porcelain crowns.
