Ms. Nguyễn Ngọc Thúy Oanh (Vietnamese American)

Believing that dentists in Vietnam would have an aesthetic sense better suited to Vietnamese facial features, Ms. Thúy Oanh (an overseas Vietnamese from the United States) chose to return home for her porcelain crown treatment.
