Nha Khoa I-Dent was established in 2014 with the goal not of becoming the largest dental clinic, but of becoming the most trustworthy, specialized, and compassionate dental practice.

Our mission goes far beyond “dental treatment.” We are companions, helping thousands of Vietnamese people both domestically and abroad to fully restore their chewing ability, radiant confidence, and overall health.

I-DENT STORY

Nha Khoa I-Dent was founded in 2014 with the mission to bring international medical standards to serve Vietnamese people, ensuring every smile is not only beautiful but also sustainable and safe.

Leading I-Dent is Dr. Nguyễn Hiếu Tùng – MSc. in Medical Science from Aix-Marseille University (France), who chose to return to Vietnam instead of staying in Europe with high income and modern working environment, to build a standard, dedicated, and responsible dental clinic for his compatriots.

After graduating in Dentistry from University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City in 2007, Dr. Nguyễn Hiếu Tùng earned a research scholarship in France. With effort, talent, and passion, he completed his Master’s degree in 2009 and successfully defended his PhD in Medical Science at Aix-Marseille University in 2012 – becoming one of the youngest Vietnamese PhDs under 30.

When asked: “Why not stay in Europe – where income is high, equipment is advanced, and living conditions are better?”, Dr. Tùng simply smiles gently. He understands that his true desire is to bring medical knowledge and standards back home – so that Vietnamese can access international-standard dental services at Vietnamese prices.

Nha Khoa I-Dent was established to serve the oral health of Vietnamese people with International Standards – Honesty – Deep Expertise – Compassion, helping Vietnamese access international-standard dental treatment services at reasonable costs right in their homeland.

Since its inception, Dr. Nguyễn Hiếu Tùng has set a principle: “If a treatment is worthy of being applied to my own family members, then it is suitable for patients.” This principle has become the guiding star for over 100 staff across the I-Dent system.

For us, the mission is not just “doing teeth,” but accompanying customers to restore smiles, confidence, aesthetics, health, and emotions for thousands of Vietnamese from children to the elderly, from domestic Vietnamese to expatriates abroad. Because we believe: “A smile is not just an external image. A smile also represents health, trust, and happiness.”

Năm 2014: TS.BS Nguyễn Hiếu Tùng trở về nước và thành lập nha khoa I-DENT với chi nhánh đầu tiên tại quận Bình Thạnh.

Ngày 16/04/2023: Nhận danh hiệu “Top 10 nha khoa uy tín Việt Năm 2023” tại Lễ trao giải “Thương hiệu mạnh Quốc gia”
Ngày 10/08/2023: Trở thành đối tác với Công ty MIS Implant Technologies – Thương hiệu sản xuất trụ implant số 1 tại Đức, được chuyển giao công nghệ MGUIDE trong cấy ghép implant.
Ngày 06/09/2023: Trở thành đối tác với Tập đoàn Straunmann – Thương hiệu sản xuất trụ implannt hàng đầu Thế giới và được chuyển giao công nghệ Pro Arch – trồng răng toàn hàm tải lực tức thì.

Facilities at Nha khoa I-Dent are operated according to UK ISO standards and Vietnamese Ministry of Health regulations, providing a safe, modern, and distinctive dental experience from the very first steps.

Reception

The waiting and reception area is designed with a sophisticated and luxurious European style, with a spacious, light-filled environment, helping customers feel comfortable and relaxed upon entry.

General Dental Treatment Room

The general treatment rooms are fully equipped with modern machinery serving general dentistry, orthodontics, and porcelain aesthetics. Each treatment room is dedicated to a single patient, with air filtration and sterilization systems meeting Ministry of Health standards, ensuring absolute privacy and safety.

Phòng phẫu thuật

Phòng phẫu thuật nha khoa I-Dent được trang bị các thiết bị hiện đại chuyên biệt trong việc cấy ghép implant, kể cả đối với các ca khó yêu cầu ghép xương hay nâng xoang. Phòng được trang bị hệ thống vô trùng không khí tiên tiến như: màng lọc Hepa áp lực dương, xông phòng bằng khí Ozone, đèn cực tím diệt khuẩn,... đảm bảo môi trường vô trùng tuyệt đối.

Phòng vô trùng, dụng cụ nha khoa

Phòng vô trùng được bố trí độc lập với phòng phẫu thuật và điều trị nhằm đảm bảo yếu tố vô trùng. Phòng được trang bị đầy đủ thiết bị vô trùng hiện đại đạt chuẩn FDA Hoa Kỳ và tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu, kết hợp cùng việc sử dụng vật tư y tế một lần nhằm ngăn ngừa tối đa nguy cơ lây nhiễm chéo.

Phòng nghỉ sau phẫu thuật

Không chỉ điều trị, I-Dent còn chú trọng chăm sóc hậu phẫu. Phòng nghỉ riêng biệt với giường nệm êm ái, không gian yên tĩnh giúp khách hàng thư giãn và hồi phục nhanh chóng, đặc biệt hỗ trợ tốt cho khách hàng ở xa hoặc Việt kiều.

Phòng Labo

Ứng dụng mô hình “All-in-one Clinic”, I-Dent có Labo riêng ngay tại nha khoa, trang bị hệ thống CAD/CAM, máy in 3D và máy nung sứ hiện đại. Nhờ vậy, các sản phẩm phục hình được kiểm soát chặt chẽ về chất lượng, thời gian chờ được rút ngắn tối đa cho khách hàng bận rộn hay Việt kiểu không có nhiều thời gian.

Nha khoa I-Dent sở hữu máy X-quang KaVo OP 3D, với công nghệ chụp cắt lớp vi tính chùm tia hình nón (CBCT) 3D, cho ra hình ảnh xương và ống thần kinh hiển thị chi tiết với độ phân giải cao nhưng bức xạ thấp hơn 5 lần so với X-quang 2D, đảm bảo an toàn cho sức khỏe khách hàng và giúp bác sĩ chẩn đoán cũng như lập phác đồ điều trị chuẩn xác, an toàn.
